I got myself into a bad situation, I was looking at prison time and didn't know what to do. I called a few attorneys and got consultations but as soon as they seen and heard that it was a felony their prices doubled. I called Mark's office and got a consultation and immediately felt like Mark was concerned about my case not my bank account. Mark's office staff always greeted me with respect as a person not just a case number. The staff knew my name and always kept up to date. Even after the DA added another felony and raised my bail, Mark fought and got it back to my original bail. Mark didn't waiver but most importantly didn't ask for more money. Mark handled my defense personally and for 18 months fought my case and ultimately got all charges dismissed. My fiancé and I were very lucky to find Mr.Raimondo. He is a god send. My fiancé‘s child’s mother lied and had felony charges brought against my fiancé due to her losing full custody of their daughter. "I hired Mr. Raimondo to handle my case where I was charged with Assault with Deadly Weapon and Brandishing a Knife. These felony charges were being alleged from my ex-wife's new boyfriend. As you can imagine there was a lot of background information that was being ignored by the police, the courts and the DA. Although Mark tried very hard for several months, we were unable to get the case dismissed at the pretrial stage. I did nothing wrong, and was not going to lay down for this charge no matter what. I choose to further hire Mark to conduct the jury trial. Prior to the case actually being sent out to a trial, Mark was able to get me an offer of a conditional dismissal, where all I had to do was to not get into any more trouble for a set period of time and complete some classes. But still I did nothing wrong, and Mark explained to me the trial process and the presumption of innocence. Mark met with me and explained the offer and even offered to waive his full trial fee if I felt that I wanted to take the final deal. I did not want to take anything, but I did appreciate that Mr. Raimondo was very honest with me with giving me the opportunity to make that decision prior him collecting his trial fee. At all stages I felt Mr. Raimondo was very honest, fair, smart and genuinely cared about me and my long term situation. He never backed down. His fees all the way through were very reasonable and I was able to make payments along the way. We were sent out to trial last week. I was impressed with his trial motions and he seemed to have the DA talking in circles. Even the judge started the trial out with what seemed to me was a warning to the DA, something like, "I’ve known Mr. Raimondo a very long time, we have tried several cases together when I was still a lawyer, actually many of the reasons I am judge today was because of my relationship with Mr. Raimondo.” I do not know exactly what happened, but we came back Monday to start picking a jury, I guess the DA saw the light. Need a lawyer? Get this guy! My wife got into trouble and was begging me to bail her out. I ended up meeting a man who introduced me to Mark. The way that he presents himself lets you know that he knows the law and has been doing this for sometime. I hired him and that day he already went down to see my wife in jail. He was her very first visitor. When I spoke to her after her visit with Mark she had calmed greatly and was convinced that I made the best decision for her. She was looking at 8 Felony counts against her. When her peliminary court date came up I was expecting a postponement so that Mark could go over her case in more detail seeing as how I hired him two days before her court date. I also expected to have my wife in jail for at least another two weeks due to the postponement. To our surprise and delight Mark got a deal with the D.A. where my wife was to serve 120 days of work release and 3 years of probation after her next court date. She was not given any jail time except for the 15 days that she served in county. At the same time Mark got my wife’s $80,000 bail dropped down to release on her own record. That night I picked my wife up from Lerdo prison and her, my daughter, and myself could not be happier. That is not all though. We just came to visit Mark today, at his request, to go over the probation interview so that my wife got an idea of what to expect. He made her feel at ease because the interview was frightening her. He has done remarkable things for us and understood that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations. He also has taken a lot of time to explain what is going on and what will go on with my wife’s legal issues. I know nothing about the other side of the law and being able to understand it by someone who knows the legal system helped me out greatly. I think the last thing that I liked about Mark is that he was truly concerned for me and my daughter. I was charged with Domestic Violence.. It was a totally bs case.. My now x girlfriend absolutely flipped out on me in a public place because she saw me talking with an old friend of mine. Mr. Raimondo never gave up, and he relentlessly pressured to the DA, even setting the case for trial and he was ready to defend me to the bitter end. The whole time, Mr. Raimondo was very reasonable about allowing me to make payments towards his fee. His fee was also fair. It was a long and frustrating process. I was getting denied jobs because of this arrest, and Mark always kept my spirits up. He never pressured me at all to “just take a dea”l, and always believed in me. He is intelligent and very well prepared. The DA eventually gave up, thanks to Mark’s persistence and the fact that I was really innocent. I am glad the situation is over, and I thank him and all of his great staff for their hard work.. I’m looking forward to working with Mark again to have my arrest record sealed as well. where I was charged with Assault with Deadly Weapon and Brandishing a Knife. These felony charges were being alleged from my ex-wife’s new boyfriend. As you can imagine there was a lot of background information that was being ignored by the police, the courts and the DA. Although Mark tried very hard for several months, we were unable to get the case dismissed at the pretrial stage. I did nothing wrong, and was not going to lay down for this charge no matter what. I choose to further hire Mark to conduct the jury trial. Prior to the case actually being sent out to a trial, Mark was able to get me an offer of a conditional dismissal, where all I had to do was to not get into any more trouble for a set period of time and complete some classes. But still I did nothing wrong, and Mark explained to me the trial process and the presumption of innocence. Mark met with me and explained the offer and even offered to waive his full trial fee if I felt that I wanted to take the final deal. I did not want to take anything, but I did appreciate that Mr. Raimondo was very honest with me with giving me the opportunity to make that decision prior him collecting his trial fee. At all stages I felt Mr. Raimondo was very honest, fair, smart and genuinely cared about me and my long term situation. He never backed down. His fees all the way through were very reasonable and I was able to make payments along the way. We were sent out to trial last week. I was impressed with his trial motions and he seemed to have the DA talking in circles. Even the judge started the trial out with what seemed to me was a warning to the DA, something like, “I’ve known Mr. Raimondo a very long time, we have tried several cases together when I was still a lawyer, actually many of the reasons I am judge today was because of my relationship with Mr. Raimondo.” I do not know exactly what happened, but we came back Monday to start picking a jury, I guess the DA saw the light. The DA moved to MOTION TO DISMISS… I cannot thank Mr. Raimondo and his staff enough for believing in me, and caring about my case and my life. I highly recommended him.
In 2007 I was charged with a high speed chase. Mark was my attorney for the Preliminary phase. The district attorney offered me 3 years in state prison. I had been in trouble before, but I knew if i could get passed this I could change my life. I knew I had the right attorney, just the way the judges and other attorneys talked with him. Mark was doing some work on his home you see, and I am a carpenter/plumber/electrician. A friend of mine was doing some tile work for Mark and I was giving him a hand. Mark walked in to the courtroom and told me to have a seat out front. I was a nervous wreck,and kept trying to look through the windows, Mark saw me and waved me away from the window. So I sat back down for what seemed like an eternity,but in reality was less than an hour.When Mark came out,I stood and walked toward him,he waved me back to my seat and walked on out the door. I thought ,oh well, thanx anyway. Not ten minutes later,my public defender walkes out smiling ear to ear and says ” I didn’t know you knew Mark Raimondo, ” then she says ”how does probation sound?” It’s probably a good thing Mark had left the way he did because if I could have found him I would have kissed him square on his lips!!! Mark and his staff did an excellent job at defending me on a felony assault case with great bodily injury. I was facing 7 years in prison for defending myself from a highly intoxicated and aggressive group of men in their 20's. The cops and DA completely ignored the evidence, their intoxication, their blatant lies, all common sense and my clean record. The more holes we exposed in their case only resulted in lower and lower offers. But I was 100% not guilty. And the only choice was to go to trial, bc I was not pleading guilty to something where I was the victim. Mr raimondo personally conducted the trial and for a fair and honest price. I never felt like I was a number or a pay check to him or his superb staff. The jury trial was two weeks long and 9 jurors voted not guilty. The other three just believed that lying BPD officer, and that someone had to pay for the injury that one guy had. So it was a hung jury. Even though I only retained mark for 1 trial and it was way longer than expected, he did not charge me anything to keep the case and see if they really wanted to do It again. Two months later on the day of the 2nd trial the DA finally dismissed the case. All along mr raimondo inspired me, believed in me, fought for me, and saw me from start to finish through the absolutely scariest and most frustrating thing imaginable. I could not imagine how scary this whole process is, how no one cares about facts. Once it's filed is all about what will you take. Mr raimondo saved my freedom, and my reputation.. I’m writing this review on my behalf and my family. I got into some legal trouble last year and I was in need of a lawyer. Mark and his staff at the office were very helpful. I was charged with a Felony charge. From day one Mark told me that he would not recommend anything but a
Misdemeanor. Mark was honest and direct which was what I needed at the time. He always made himself available when I needed to meet up with him and if I had a question to ask his staff they were always willing to help. Through all the hearings even when I was willing to give up Mark inspired me not to quit and he would get me the misdemeanor. I would see him sometimes and I’d be ready to just give up but he wasn’t. Finally, the DA finally gave up. Mark wore them out. And I got a misdemeanor and no jail time. I haven’t written many reviews but I believe when you’re in need of a lawyer and you’re searching for one. I believe it’s good to do some research. Having said that, all I can do is be honest and tell you that Mark is a great lawyer, he saved all my future and is the right person you’ll in your corner when you’re in need of a lawyer. Mark told us from the first day that this is going to be very very difficult.....my son already had two strikes and a suspended 7 year prison sentence from an older case with a public defender, then he picked up more felony charges. We listened to all of the advice that Mark gave us though well over a year. I'm writing this review on my behalf and my family. I got into some legal trouble last year and I was in need of a lawyer. Mark and his staff at the office were very helpful. I was charged with a Felony charge in Bakersfield. From day one Mark told me that he would not recommend anything but a
Misdemeanor. Mark was honest and direct which was what I needed at the time. He always made himself available when I needed to meet up with him and if I had a question to ask his staff they were always willing to help. Through all the hearings even when I was willing to give up Mark inspired me not to quit and he would get me the misdemeanor. I would see him sometimes and I'd be ready to just give up but he wasn't. Finally, the DA finally gave up. Mark wore them out. And I got a misdemeanor and no jail time. I haven't written many reviews but I believe when you're in need of a lawyer and you're searching for one. I believe it's good to do some research. Having said that, all I can do is be honest and tell you that Mark is a great lawyer, he saved all my future and is the right person you'll in your corner when you're in need of a lawyer. My family and I will always be grateful to Mark and his staff for their help.

Mark and his entire staff are very professional, hardworking, and effective.. A team of miracle workers- honestly. Our son is FREE and home thanks to the truth being shown by Mark and his staff. We hired Mark after our son’s case was already set for jury trial. The best offer he received was 14 years in state prison. Many efforts were made to show the DA the truth, but because it was a serious injury/domestic violence case no one would listen. Eventually the jury did. Mark and Taylor conducted about a three week jury trial with our son. Mark appeared to have full control of the trial. The maximum sentence was 18 possible years in prison. After all of the evidence came out, all 12 jurors rejected the DA case and found our son not guilty on all felony charges!!!! Our son was released the same night.

Mr. Raimondo represented me in January/February 2015 and he was able to get my sentence to four years with half.
I arrived at Chowchilla on April 15th, 2015 and I was scared to death.
While there I recieved so much therapy and had an amazing councilor that helped me.
I had no 115's or any disciplinary actions. I used my short time there to my benefit. While I was there I applied to CCTRP and was accepted.
I left Chowchilla for CCTRP in Bakersfield on February 3rd, 2016 and was there until my release date of July 10th, 2016.
CCTRP is a program where I stayed with an ankle monitor on. There I received more therapy in a group setting and my family was able to come visit on the weekends. The benefits was they didn't see me in a prison and prison clothing.
Since my release on 07/10/2016 I've been able to reconnect with all four of my children. Two of which I had no contact with from November 7th, 2006.
The first was my daughter and happily we have an amazing relationship. My youngest is 24yrs old and we're still working on our relationship but we are getting there.
I can say with 100% I have my children's love and respect and it's the same with other family members.
Parole kept my on all 3yrs of parole but that's because all they knew was my oast. On July 10th, 2016 I completed all 3yrs with positively.i have several personal reference from the 3 different parole officers, my councilor and 2 supervisors from parole.
I've obtained certification for medical billing and I'm working with a company that has benefits.
I now live in Cassville, Missouri and I'm loving life.
I wanted to tell Mr. Ramundo thank you. I was devastated going to prison and scared to death. However, it was where I needed to be.
I've paid off all my court fines and my restitution. My fines alone were almost $8500 but that was accumulated from 2006 until 2015.
